Princess Nora University for Girls

The full project calls for construction of a new university for women. The university is expected to cover 8 millions square metres and located on King Khalid International Airport Road at north of Riyadh. The total built up area is around 3 millions square metres. The university will include administration buildings, 13 faculties, a 700-bed student hospital, laborites, Research centres, and residential area that include accommodation for students and staff. The capacity of university is around 26,000 students.

King Abdullah Financial District, Parcel 1.08

The Wyndham Hotel in the prestigious King Abdullah Financial District will be the first Wyndham® brand hotel in the Middle East. The project involves construction of a 83 metre 17-storey 5-star hotel in a prism shape which will include 4 basement levels and a 3 level podiums and will house the conference facilities, a multi-purpose hall and a number of restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines. The hotel of built up area 57, 310 sqm, will feature 214 rooms and will include a business center, an executive club, health club and spa centres.

Supply & Installation of 1 Skyfold Autolift Wall system.
Supply & Installation of 3 Architectural Swing Panels.
Supply & Installation of MODERCO Horizontal Operable Wall in the Meeting Room
Supply & Installation of 49 BLE Fire Curtains

This project (Parcel 1.08) is being performed for Wyndham Hotels, within the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
